The table top is handwoven from natural & environmentally friendly Abaca. This material comes from the bark of the banana tree that grows abundantly in Indonesia. The leaves are sun-dried and used in strips to laminate basket frames or twisted like ropes. The different traditional ways of weaving techniques create different designs of baskets or trays.
