RETOURZENDINGEN- AND COMPLAINTS
It's always annoying when a product not quite meet your expectations.
DEENS.NL with you for this reason, the product received return without reason within 14 days. In legal terms is called 'cooling off period'. The period begins on the day after you receive the product. This of course all the latest legal regulations which came into force on June 13, 2014. The stuff should as far as possible in the original packaging with the original labels and obviously unused to be returned.
NOTE: only when there is a default on our part, or in the case of a manufacturing defect, we will bear the cost of return postage for our account and let you through the ticket system (see note below) to know how to return further in his go operation.
Trading conditions and regular returns:
- Sign the return report or complaint via the website.
You come here by logging in and clicking on 'my account'.
On the left you click on 'My Orders'. Select the order for which you want to return something. and click on the button "items returned. Give each item line on how many pieces you want to return.
Fill the selection fields and send us when needed another accompanying text. We will welcome your return to your message then confirm by e-mail.
Your return package:
- Connect preferably a copy of packing slip in the return package.
- Bring your return package to the nearest delivery point PostNL
- The PostNL your nearest drop-off point is here to find.
Belgian customers we ask kindly contact our customer service to get together the best solution for return.
- Provide sufficient postage on the package (for return shipping costs are at DEENS.NL borne by the buyer, unless there is default from our side). You get a receipt voucher which a track and trace code listed for the return of the package.
Keep this voucher good until you get an acknowledgment from us.
- When the product is in good condition return has been received, we received (are always processed on Thursday returns) office notification from the warehouse after the purchase price of the article will be refunded to the account from where we have received the payment. You will receive a confirmation by email. It may take up to two days before you actually see the credited amount will appear on your account statement.
- If the return is not registered on the website and no copy packing slip is detected items sent in the return, the accounting can significantly delayed. Regular returns whose shipping costs are not paid denied.
Procedure return by a specific cause and defective or wrong item:
DEENS.NL accepts the law of the relevant consumer Remote Buying. This fully with the latest regulatory requirements. The current law took effect on June 13, 2014. Return Postage is subject to breach of contract by us for the account of the buyer.
With emphasis we report that when you have a damaged or incorrect item received, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt (by email via firstname.lastname@example.org) via the ticket system on the website. On this basis, we come with a suitable solution. When return is required, our customer service department will be a return label for your mail so that it can be sent without extra cost to the customer. This label can be printed and attached to the package. You then deliver your package to the nearest delivery point POSTNL in NL and leave you scan the barcode. The cost of this mission are automatically on our revolving account with DPD, so you need to be paid NOTHING. You get a deposit slip along with track and trace code. Keep this well until the receipt of the return shipment has been reported. We always strive to include in your case to come up with a quick and appropriate solution.
